Self-Care – What you do for yourself to keep your mind, body and spirit healthy and functioning at your highest level. Nobody else can do these things for you. Nobody can sleep or sweat for you. Stress-less people take care of themselves as a lifestyle.
Health Care – What you do for yourself to keep your mind, body and spirit healthy and functioning at your highest level – utilizing the skills of a trained health care professional.
Self-care would be brushing and flossing your teeth. Health Care is seeing a dentist. Self-Care is having good posture. Health Care is having a chiropractor examine and adjust your spine and nervous system.
Crisis Care – What you do for yourself to recover from injury or illness that requires the support of a crisis care or health care specialist.
