Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 knobs of fresh ginger root
  • 2 knobs of fresh turmeric
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions

Blend the pineapple, fresh ginger root, and turmeric root in a blender with a cup of water until smooth.

Pass the mixture through a sieve to strain out the solids.

Add the juice to a jug and stir in fresh lemon juice, lime juice, and maple syrup. It’s party time! Make sure you have enough ingredients on hand to make a second batch of Refreshing Citrus Pineapple Drink, and maybe a third!
